Bridging the gap between the youth minister and head pastor/elder helping them work together to be on the same page for the vision of the youth ministry. Also helps the church search committee / head pastor know what to look for when hiring a youth minister.

Who it is for:
Youth ministers to use to train their youth leader volunteer (this could be a youth group volunteer, Sunday school volunteer, etc). These training videos are meant to equip and resource the church. So a youth leader volunteer would not be buying for themselves, but the youth minister would be interested in this course because it would help them train their volunteers (a task that typically falls on the youth minister to do themselves).

Instead of having to take a whole day or afternoon to host an in person training (that can be difficult to get volunteers to show up to) youth pastors could provide this course for leaders to complete on their own time.

Youth ministers to use to train their bible study volunteers. It also takes a lot of time to train your Bible study leaders on how to effectively lead a bible study. This course, coupled with our curriculum, is an excellent resource to put in the hands of bible study volunteers to give them the ability to teach a gospel-centered lesson.
